This is a one-person suite, but technically it can sleep two people.
The room comes with a double bed, a desk, a closet, and two chairs. All of them were bought just a week ago.

The bathroom is not as huge as a western bathroom. It does not have a bathtub.
Drinking fountains with triple filters are located on every other floor, providing fully boiled and sterilized hot and cold drinking water 'round the clock. These drinking fountains were set up 6 months ago, so they're almost brand new. 
Coin laundry including washing machines and dryers are on the 13F.
You can also hang up your laundry on the rooftop.

Your two unility bills (water and electricity) will be mailed to your mailbox on the first floor
directly from the water and electricity company once every two months.
All you need to do is pay them at a convenience store like 7-11.
Fire extinguishers and alarms are located on each floor.
The big garbage bin is located to the left of the building entrance.
No more chasing garbage trucks down the road!
